What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Full-Cycle Recruiting at a High Level
- Own the full recruiting process across your assigned industry
- Source, engage, and close top talent
- Manage pipelines with advanced tech and automations
- Deliver a white-glove experience to both candidates and clients
🤝 Business Development & Client Partnership
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Maintain deep relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Identify new opportunities and expand into fresh markets
- Shape recruiting strategies with leadership as we grow Texas
🚀 Ownership, Autonomy & Performance
- Run your desk like your own business—no micromanagement
- Help lead the expansion of new territories nationally

Who We’re Looking For
This role is built for someone with proven recruiting performance—not entry-level.
Minimum Requirements
- Annual billings experience of $300,000+
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or agency experience
- Demonstrated ability to generate, close, and maintain your own clients and candidates
- A self-starter mindset—you thrive with autonomy and accountability
