Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its well-established defense team in Northeast Indiana. This is a full-time, in-office position handling a strong mix of insurance defense matters and sizable commercial litigation for regional and national clients, including a Fortune 500 company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and defend a variety of civil litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, handle discovery, motion practice, and court appearances

• Maintain close communication with clients located primarily two to three hours from the office

• Collaborate with a 14-attorney litigation team on complex defense cases

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active Indiana bar admission, or the ability to become licensed shortly after hire

• Two years of litigation experience

• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills

• Ability to handle deadlines and billable expectations

Compensation

• $110,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience

• 1,600 billable hour requirement
