Commercial Construction Healthcare Project Manager
The Healthcare Project Manager will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, trade contractor, and supplier coordination for a Commercial General Contractor. The position will work with the Senior Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent leading the project team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site.

WORK SKILLS: Well-developed interpersonal skills. A self-starting, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individual. Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality. Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project is a must.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years
QUALIFICATIONS: A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with renovating and constructing commercial and institutional buildings and related site work. The ability to effectively communicate both in written and spoken English words. Proficiency with spreadsheets, Email, and other software used in the construction industry. Must have Commercial Construction experience.
EDUCATION: 4-year college degree preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to stand for long periods, Ability to sit for long periods, must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to work required over time to accomplish the desired team objectives & goals
