Branch Manager/Ag Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support the banks strong relationship banking culture through ongoing client contact, quality service and product knowledge.
• Develop new business by engaging prospects and clients with sound credit decision.
• Achieve branch goals for earnings, asset quality, deposits, and non-interest income.
• Manage loan portfolios and process both large and complex loans based on loan policies and procedures.
• Lead the branch team and develop an atmosphere of open communication, unity and actively mentor staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, and/or agricultural related industry.
• Experience in agriculture and commercial lending.
• Initiative and ability to build relationship in the community and lead branch team members.
