Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The company is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead its operations, manage day-to-day activities, and drive continued growth.


Position Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, lead a team of dedicated employees, and represent the company within the community. This individual will ensure the smooth operation of the company; focusing on strategic planning, business development, financial management, and fostering a positive company culture. The CEO will be the face of the company, making key decisions and guiding the company toward continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced employees across the El Paso area. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of all locations, ensuring that all processes, from escrow to underwriting, are completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Establish and nurture relationships with clients, agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Financial Management: Manage company finances, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, and reporting. Ensure the company is financially healthy and that financial goals are met.
  • HR & Payroll: Oversee the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relation, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Manage payroll processes for the team.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the company at community events, industry gatherings, and other networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in the community and industry.
  • Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the company’s services, strengthen its brand, and attract new clients.
  • Decision-Making: Make high-level decisions related to the business, including policy changes, operational improvements, and growth strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within a title company, real estate group, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of title processes, including escrow, underwriting, and compliance.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, payroll, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in business development, with a track record of growing a company’s customer base and market share.
  • Solid knowledge of HR functions and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with industry marketing and branding strategies.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the title or real estate industry.
